Iron Man and the Missing Star

Kids stories

In the Galaxy, Iron Man and Headmaster search for a missing star. A fluffy Yeti has it by mistake, and together they build a warm beacon to help the star shine again—earning a box of golden star dust.
Iron Man and the Missing Star

Iron Man is a superhero. He is brave and kind. He can fly in the big Galaxy. The stars wink like tiny lights.

Today, Iron Man feels a little worried. A small star is missing. The sky looks like it has a tiny hole.

Headmaster calls him on a round screen. Headmaster is wise and calm. He wears a long coat with shiny buttons.

“Hello, Iron Man,” says Headmaster. “A star is lost. We must find it.”

“I will help,” says Iron Man. “I can do it.”

They fly past soft purple clouds. They pass a moon that looks like a sleepy cookie.

Then—thump!—a big shadow moves.

A Yeti floats by in a chunky space suit. The Yeti is fluffy and huge. His visor is foggy.

“Grrr,” says the Yeti.

Iron Man lands on a quiet rock. “Hi,” he says. “Are you okay?”

The Yeti rubs his eyes. “I am not scary,” he says. “I am lost. And my hands are cold.”

Headmaster whispers, “Be gentle. Ask questions.”

Iron Man nods. “Did you see a tiny star?”

The Yeti points to his backpack. “I found a shiny thing. It fell into my bag. I did not mean it.”

Iron Man looks. Inside is a little star, dim and sad.

“Star friend,” Iron Man says softly, “you can shine again.”

But the star is too quiet. It needs warm light.

Headmaster says, “We can make a beacon. A small light tower. Simple.”

Iron Man smiles. “I can build. I am a superhero.”

He takes out shiny parts from his suit: a tiny mirror, a bright panel, and a gentle heater.

The Yeti helps. He holds the mirror very still. His big hands are careful now.

“Like this?” asks the Yeti.

“Yes,” says Iron Man. “Perfect.”

Headmaster counts, “One… two… three.”

Click!

A warm beam glows. It tickles the star.

The star wakes up. “Ping!” it sings.

It grows bright. It spins in the air like a happy top.

The Galaxy looks full again. No hole. Just sparkle.

The Yeti laughs. “I helped!”

“You did,” says Iron Man. “Thank you.”

Headmaster smiles. “You both were brave and kind.”

The star drops a gift: a small box of star dust. It is safe, soft, and golden.

“For you,” says the star.

Iron Man holds the box. “Wow.”

He gives the Yeti a tiny pinch. “For warm hands.”

The Yeti pats his chest. “I feel better.”

They wave goodbye.

Iron Man flies home with Headmaster. The Galaxy twinkles. The little box shines in Iron Man’s hand. And everyone feels safe and bright.
