Superman the Kind Bandit wakes up in Meteor Crater. He wears a soft red cape and a small black mask. He is a bandit. But he is kind. He loves to share. He loves to help.

The Sun Knight says in a loud voice, “Who walks in my crater? I am the Sun Knight.” Superman speaks softly, “We are friends. We seek a small star. It is lost.” The Sun Knight frowns. “I guard the place. No one may pass.” Superman nods. “We will share with you. We will be kind.” Robot adds, “We love to share.”
The Sun Knight thinks. He sleeps while thinking. Then he smiles. He lowers his sword. “I will help you. Together we will find the star.” Superman cheers. Robot spins in a happy circle. They follow the Sun Knight deeper in the crater.
They look under a big rock. They look behind a small hill. They look near a glowing plant. They look in a dark cave. They listen: beep… beep… louder now. They walk. They listen. The beeps get louder.
At last Superman sees a tiny sparkle. He bends down. He finds the little star. It is warm. It is bright. The star smiles. It says in a tiny voice, “Thank you.” Superman picks it up with care. Robot gives it a hug. The Sun Knight bows. “Well done,” he says. The star will glow in the sky tonight. The sky will be happy.
Superman the Kind Bandit and Robot thank the Sun Knight. He waves his sword. He shines his light. He smiles wide. Superman smiles. Robot giggles. The three friends walk home together.
At home in Meteor Crater they share a treat. They share a bright cookie. The cookie looks like a star. They share a sip of warm milk. They laugh and smile. Superman says, “Friendship is the best treasure.” Robot beeps in agreement. Even the Sun Knight nods.
They all look at the crater walls. The walls glow with soft colors. Pink and blue and gold. Superman taps his foot. Robot hums a tune. Sun Knight claps his hands. They feel happy inside. They feel warm inside. They remember to be kind. They remember to share everything.
After that they cuddle close. Superman gives Robot a hug. Robot gives Sun Knight a pat. Everyone feels happy now.
