Meet Dale he was diagnosed with mosaic trisomy 18 and is the sweetest little guy. He loves to smile and has a lot of love. He was in the nicu for one month and wasn’t looking to good but, thanks to GOD, a lot of love,and a lot of prayers he is still going strong.
