Leo was born with a bad kidney and needed surgery at just 2 months. Despite his pain and hardship he has the most beautiful smile. The Kidney surgery may or may not have been successful (we'll know for sure in 3 months). Leo then may need a kidney transplant. Were praying. Until then his beautiful smile is giving us hope.
