Maggie has cystic fibrosis so she's on quite alot of medications a day but she still is the most perfect little girl she loves loads of kisses and trying to eat you!😂 I would like Maggie to win because I'd love a photoshoot with her in while she's a bit bigger so I can get loads of cute photos while I can while she's little 😊 💜More
