Anthony and the Colors of the Game World

Kids stories

Anthony the shy-but-brave astronaut and a gentle Giant team up in the Game World to find three Color Gems, face an Ancient Guardian, and make the world bright again—ending with a treasure chest of star stickers and a golden jetpack badge.
Anthony and the Colors of the Game World

Anthony was an astronaut. He was brave, but also a little shy. In the Game World, he liked to walk on bright paths that looked like glowing tiles.

One day, Anthony saw something sad. The colors in the Game World were fading. The red blocks looked pink. The blue river looked gray.

Anthony whispered, “Oh no.”

A Giant stepped out from behind a tall pixel tree. The Giant was very big, but very gentle. He wore a belt made of shiny coins.

The Giant said in a slow, soft voice, “Hello, little astronaut. I am Grom. Don’t be scared.”

Anthony nodded. “I’m Anthony. I want to help.”

Grom pointed to the sky. “The Color Core is dim. We must restore colors.”

Anthony held his helmet. “Okay. We can do it. Together.”

They walked through the Game World. Step, step. Jump, jump.

They came to a stone gate with old carvings. An Ancient Guardian stood there. It looked like a tall statue, but its eyes were awake.

The Ancient Guardian rumbled, “Stop. No one passes.”

Anthony’s tummy felt wiggly. He almost hid behind Grom. But he took a small breath.

Anthony said, “Please. The world needs colors.”

The Guardian said, “Bring me three Color Gems: red, blue, and yellow. Then the gate opens.”

Grom smiled. “A quest! I like quests.”

First they found the red gem inside a tiny volcano made of blocks. It was warm.

Anthony said, “Hot!”

Grom used one big hand like a shade. “I will block the heat.”

Anthony reached in with a long grab tool from his astronaut belt. Click! He pulled out the red gem.

Then they found the blue gem under a square lake. Anthony held his breath. Grom held Anthony’s hand.

Anthony kicked, kick, kick. Splash! He grabbed the blue gem.

Last was the yellow gem. It was high on a cloud platform. Anthony looked up. It was very high.

Anthony whispered, “Too high.”

Grom knelt down. “Climb my arm like a ladder.”

Anthony climbed. Up, up. He giggled. “Your arm is a bridge!”

He reached the cloud and picked the yellow gem. It shone like a little sun.

They went back to the gate. Anthony placed the three gems in a slot.

The Ancient Guardian’s eyes softened. “You worked as a team. You may pass.”

The gate opened with a friendly creak.

Inside was the Color Core, a big crystal machine. It was dusty.

Anthony said, “We clean it.”

Grom blew gently. Whoooosh! Dust flew away.

Anthony pressed a round button. Beep! The core lit up.

Red, blue, yellow—then green, purple, and orange—ran like happy paint across the Game World.

The river turned bright blue again. The trees blinked neon leaves. Even the sky looked new.

A treasure chest popped up with a “POOF!”

Anthony jumped. “A chest!”

Inside were tiny star stickers and a small golden jetpack badge.

The Guardian said, “For Anthony the brave astronaut, and Grom the kind Giant.”

Anthony smiled big. He stuck a star sticker on his helmet.

Grom laughed. “Now you shine!”

Anthony said, “We did it. Together.”

And the Game World sparkled, safe and colorful, for play and dreams.
